      Beloved mother and grandmother passed away June 2, 1994 of cancer.

      Born April 30, 1913 in Cardston Alberta, Canada to Leslie McLean and Ellis Day Coombs. Dora graduated from North Sanpete High School in 1931 and attended and graduated from BYU 1935 with a degree in Elementary Education and retired after 29 years of a distinguished teaching career. She loved and enjoyed her family, many friends and neighbors, school students, music, reading, and genealogy.

      She is survived by her son, Leslie M. (Gae) Jacobs; daughters, Kathy Hogan, Sheila (Lee) Roberts, and Marilyn (Paul) Jasperson; and 14 grandchildren.

      Funeral services will be held June 7, 1994 at noon in the Tooele 15th Ward Chapel, 180 South Coleman, Tooele, Utah. Friends may call at Tate Mortuary, 110 South Main, Tooele on Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday at the church from 10:30-11:45 a.m. Interment, Fairview City Cemetery.
