He married Hanna Groves on the 11th of April 1698, in Beverly, Massachusetts. He moved from Salem to first, Windham in Windham County, Connecticut were he bought land in 1706, and from there he went to Brimfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts. His last of 13 children was born in Brimfield in 1721. He died there in 1756. Her death not found in the records, but was no doubt in Brimfield.
